Art. 1 – Area of application
The present general terms and conditions of reservation and stay are applicable to the Establishment Hotel and Campsite Les Sources, SARL, Le petit Paradis des Ecrins, situated at rue du Barnafret in Savines le Lac (05160), hereafter referred to as ‘The Establishment’.
Art. 2 – Reservation and deposit
For just the campsite (tent, caravan and camping-car), only reservations for a stay of 7 days are accepted. Exceptions may be made outside the months of July and August.
For the mobil-homes and the mini-suite, only reservations for rentals from Saturday to Saturday are accepted. Exceptions may be made off-season.
For the hotel, reservations for one night are accepted.
For any kind of booking the reservation will only become effective once the Customer has paid the required deposit to the Establishment, the date of the reception of the sum on the Establishment’s account will serve as proof. Without a deposit, the Establishment will not be able to register the reservation.
The deposit, representing 30% of the total amount for the stay with a minimum of 50€ for the campsite, can be paid to the Establishment in the following ways : cheque or ANCV holiday vouchers or credit card by communicating the relevant code numbers for a payment at distance.
The reservation is considered to have been accepted by the Customer after the reservation procedure.
The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation whatever the reason, except when the deadlines mentioned below are respected.
Art. 3 – Cancellation by the Customer
All cancellations must be carried out by telephone AND notified by e-mail with acknowledgement of receipt or by a letter with recorded delivery to the reservation service.
If the cancellation occurs in less than 15 days (for the hotel or the campsite) or less than 45 days (for a mini-suite or mobil-home) before the beginning of the stay, the deposit will be retained by the Establishment.
If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the beginning of the stay, the deposit will be retained by the Establishment who has the right to demand to be paid for the total cost of the stay for the accommodation that has been reserved.
If the customer does not arrive before 18h on the expected day for the beginning of his stay, the Establishment can allocate his accommodation to another customer, the deposit will be retained by the Establishment who has the right to demand to be paid for the total cost of the stay that has been reserved.
In the case of an interruption of the stay, the total amount for the whole stay is retained by the Establishment, except for the breakfasts that have not been consumed and which have been cancelled the day before at the latest. The Establishment cannot be held responsible for possible inclement weather and this will not justify the non-payment of the total cost of the stay, just as for any other reason for interrupting the stay.
Art. 4 – Modification of the dates of stay
In the case of the dates of the stay being modified for a length of time superior or equal to the original reservation, the deposit will be retained and deducted from the bill. The Establishment will not be able to guarantee the same accommodation or the same location (this will be according to availability).
For a modification of the dates of the stay for a length time that is inferior to that of the original reservation, the Establishment has the right to apply the same arrangement for the deposit as with a cancellation.
Art. 5 – Arrival and departure
The Customer must arrive between 14h30 and 18h00. In the case of a late or deferred arrival, the Customer must inform the Establishment beforehand. On the day of departure, the Customer must vacate the premises by 11h00 at the latest for the Hotel rooms, the Mini-suites and the Mobil-homes. For the campsite locations, departures are accepted up to 12h00 at the latest.
Art. 6 – Payment of the balance of the stay
The balance is to be paid on arrival when a length of stay has already been defined. If the payment has not been carried out on arrival, the member of staff who welcomes you will ask for and make a photocopy of a valid proof of your identity. The payment should be carried out as soon as possible in agreement with the management of the Establishment. Extra goods and services will be paid for on the spot.
Art. 7 – Use of the premises
The Customer must respect the peaceful character of the premises and use them as expected. He is committed to return the rooms in perfect condition (see the rules and regulations displayed on the door of the room).
It is FORBIDDEN to eat in the rooms (except in the mini-suites which are equipped with a small kitchen).
Art. 8 – Capacity
The number of people staying must be stated at the point of reservation. If this number is exceeded, the Establishment has the right to refuse extra guests. This refusal cannot in any way be considered to be a modification or rupture of the stay, so that in the case of the departure of a number of guests superior to the number of those people refused, no refund will be considered.
Art. 9 – Animals
LAnimals are accepted under certain conditions.
The owners of the animals must sign a Charter on arrival.
In the case of refusal of the Charter, the Establishment has the right to refuse the Customers. The refusal or the non-respect of this Charter does not give the right to a refund of the deposit.
Art. 10 Miscellaneous and conclusion
The Establishment has the right to refuse a rental or to expulse anyone for nuisance or non-respect of the rules and regulations and the Animal Charter (for the persons concerned).
The Establishment cannot be held responsible in case of a theft occurring on the site during your stay.
Concerning the translation of the whole site www.hotel-les-sources.com, in case of a legal dispute or misunderstanding, only the French version serves as proof.
When the reservation has been made, the Customer recognizes the fact that he has read and accepted the present general terms and conditions of sale and pricing.
